Hmm...I think from a technical/vision standpoint the two masterpiece tours are ZooTV and Popmart. 360 could be the third
Performance wise I haven't listened to enough bootlegs to honestly say. Popmart would probably lose there even though it has my favourite songs. It does have the marvelous Please-->Streets but Bono's voice just wasn't what it is on other tours. ZooTV would be there for sure, and I can't say the other masterpiece(s). Need to listen to more JT and Lovetown. Elevation and Vertigo I have a bias toward since I was there.
