Bulk rate shipping can take up to 3 weeks within the US, I'm sure international would take longer. Anyone know where they ship from? You'd think, considering how late they are, that they could at least spring for first class postage

The falsetto "woo-hoo"'s in Elevation have *always* been prerecorded, on some recordings it's less obvious if Bono sings along with it exactly in time, but they've always been there, since 2000.

That's true. And I was at that show, Elevation was indeed phenomenal and Edge blew his amp during Vertigo. I'll never forget that
