I'm trying to find out all the U2 songs that have either been released or come out in some way to fans since 2007. This includes songs that were only played live or turned up on a reissue of an old album. Here is my list. Let me know what I'm missing:

Saturday Night
Angels To Tied To the Ground
Disappearing Act
Yoshino Blossom
Wave Of Sorrow (Birdland)
Desert Of Our Love
Rise Up
Drunk Chicken / America

Winter
Ordinary Love
Glastonberry
Sting Ray Guitar
North Star
Boy Falls From the Sky

No Line On The Horizon
Magnificent
Moment Of Surrender
Unknown Caller
I'll Go Crazy If I Don't Go Crazy Tonight
Get On Your Boots
Stand Up Comedy
Fez Being Born
White As Snow
Breathe
Cedars Of Lebanon

The Miracle (Of Joey Ramone)
Every Breaking Wave
California( There is No End To Love)
Song For Someone
Iris (Hold Me Close)
Volcano
Raised By Wolves
Cedarwood Road
Sleep Like A Baby Tonight
This is Where You Can Reach Me Now
The Troubles
Lucifers Hands
The Crystal Ballroom
Invisible

Then of course the new album Songs Of Experience:
Love Is All We Have Left
Lights of Home
You're the Best Thing About Me
Get Out of Your Own Way
American Soul
Summer of Love
Red Flag Day
The Showman (Little More Better)
The Little Things That Give You Away
Landlady
The Blackout
Love Is Bigger Than Anything in Its Way
13 (There Is a Light)
Book Of Your Heart

So if this list is correct then that's 53 songs.

By my count I knew of 213 U2 songs at the end of 2006 to include the Passengers stuff, songs on the Achtung Baby demos, other demos, B-sides, pre-boy songs, and of course the albums.

So that would put the number of total U2 songs that we have listened to or will soon listen to at 266. Although U2 only has 14 albums, they have enough songs for nearly 27 albums.

There are a few missing:

Soon

and the handful of songs released following the Achtung Baby remastering: like Blow Your House Down, Oh Berlin etc.

Does Boy Fall From the Sky count?

Does Boy Fall From the Sky count?

Boy Falls from the Sky counts because they wrote it and performed it live. If there is no performance by the band of a song they wrote, either in the studio or live, then I would not count it.

So the list is missing:

Soon
Blow Your House Down
Oh Berlin

Anything else?

I'm having trouble finding this "Oh Berlin". Are you sure it was on the remastering?

Yep, it's one of the better bonus tracks.

Scroll down to the 6CD super deluxe here, disc 5: U2 > News > Achtung Baby: Tracklistings, All Formats

Purely in terms of songs not released until disc 5, the following belong on your list:

Blow Your House Down
Heaven and Hell
Oh Berlin
Near the Island
Down All the Days

I see a song there called "Every Body Loves A Winner"? Should that also be included? Or was it released in some format or played live prior to 2007?

Are you counting covers? Because Everybody Loves a Winner is a cover.

So it looks like the list is missing 6 songs:

Soon
Blow Your House Down
Heaven And Hell
Oh Berlin
Near The Island
Down All The Days

Technically, Mercy also counts as the live version from the 360 tour was officially released on the record store day EP.

Also (Return of) The Stingray Guitar is the early version of Lucifer's Hands so should hat count as one song?

Oh, and what about The Ballad of Ronnie Drew from 2008? That's credited to the whole band, plus others.
