Had anyone seen this interview with Steve Lillywhite before? I wonder how U2's first three albums would've sounded had he "got out the way", so to speak.

It was a very interesting interview. I'm glad he believes the album as an art form is going to stick around. I don't know if I believe that the legalization of marijuana has anything to do with it but that's his opinion.

Well, U2 actually had already recorded all the songs that eventually went on Boy before. I've heard them and definitely prefer the work they did with Steve Lillywhite.
