October - I Fall Down
War - Surrender (should have been a single)
TUF - Promenade
Joshua Tree - Trip Through Your Wires
R&H - Hawkmoon 269 (I'm not sure you can overrate this one)
Achtung Baby - WGRYWH (by default; there aren't any underrated songs here at this point)
Zooropa - Some Days Are Better Than Others
Pop - Do You Feel Loved
ATYCLB - When I Look At The World (proof that, single-heavy though the first half may be, the album is not really front-loaded)
HDTAAB - A Man And A Woman
NLOTH - No Line On The Horizon (see: Surrender)

To the vast majority of the people I have known in my life (about 99.9%), U2 is either "boring" or "overrated", or else they barely know who Bono is ("Oh yeah, he was on Oprah!") Maybe a couple could identify U2 on the radio before I met them. So I would play for my friends and coworkers various songs - deep album tracks that I figured they'd never even heard of and see what they thought of them. I told them, "If you never listen to U2 again, these are some songs I want you to listen to and this is what's so fucking cool about them." So, cutting out the singles, this is a condensed list of some of those songs.

BOY: Another Time, Another Place
OCTOBER: I Threw a Brick Through a Window
WAR: Like a Song...
THE UNFORGETTABLE FIRE: Indian Summer Sky
WIDE AWAKE IN AMERICA: (kinda cheating, but it's the only way to get Love Comes Tumbling on this list, dagummit!) }:)~
THE JOSHUA TREE: Exit, definitely, at loud volume, preferably in the dark
RATTLE AND HUM: Love Rescue Me
ACHTUNG BABY: Love Is Blindness, same way as Exit
ZOOROPA: Zooropa
POP: This is tough... hard to pick just one. Last Night On Earth, I guess, because I mostly just played the video of it for my friends..
B-SIDES 1980-1990: The only reason this is here is for the surprising number of 'converts' for the original Sweetest Thing.
ATYCLB: In a Little While, again for the surprising popularity. I think this song was liked by the most people.
BEST OF 1990-2000: Electrical Storm
HTDAAB: A Man and a Woman because ... it's awesome
NLOTH: Another very tough one, so I'll go with Stand Up Comedy. One day, I was listening to this song and a video for it popped into my head. It involved Muppets.
NEXT U2 ALBUM: Every Breaking Wave.... if that's not on their next album, I'll eat my tail.

I'm too lazy to go through each album, but my all-time favorite U2 obscure tracks are: 1) Drowning Man, 2) So Cruel, 3) Numb (I know this doesn't really count because it was a single, but it's still obscure as far as the general public are concerned), 4) Heartland, 5) Red Hill Mining Town (again, maybe it doesn't really count).
Honorable mentions go to Van Diemen's Land (really fantastic obscure song) and Grace.

I was debating if that was a "known" song or not, as that probably would've been my choice otherwise. But great song either way, definitely.
