Does U2 own a yacht named Rock.It?

Im just wondering bc a local news source in Newport, RI is reporting that the megayacht named Rock.It that has been docked in Newport, RI recently is U2's yacht.

However, when you actually research this.... Edge does own a yacht, often thought to be Bono's, but its named the Cyan. Nothing related to the one docked in Newport ties back to the band from what i have seen.

Anybody have a clue on this?
