Pals around with the richest vultures in the world while their political cronies make the world pay for their crimes? Not very.
And please, spare the "Buffet is a great philantropist with the interests of society first and foremost in his mind" line that apologists like to spin. Where was the guy in the 80s and 90s when the robbery began and the social safety net was being destroyed and replaced with a new system designed to further the wealth of a few at the expense of everyone else? He was getting rich while everyone else got poorer.

We cannot account for all actions in our lives. Perhaps Buffet saw some of what he was causing and has since changed his ways.
I recall Barbara Walters challenging Bill Gates once stating that he could give away $39B and he'd STILL be a billionaire. While true, is that really the best use of that money? Instead, Gates helped found a series of charities and organizations that research a plethora of the world's issues. Bono has worked with Gates on some of them. One could argue the same items about Gates as we could about Buffet, but the point is that now these men are all doing something with their wealth. Far more than I see many others do. Most just give some away to feel less guilty about their wealth and look good in the public eye.
Regardless, a song at a wedding is a nice gesture. And we should accept that at face value.

Everything on this forum has to be turned into a political (or religious) discussion. This is a real shame and quite annoying. People cannot simply enjoy a performance any more. It's not like we get to hear him sing every day.

Adam got married in a civil ceremony... not sure how things go in Ireland, but I know that here if you get married in a court you're usually only allowed 2 witnesses as to prevent over crowding.
So yea... not a comparison.
