What are some of the best covers of U2 songs?
Personally, I really enjoyed Depeche Mode's cover of So Cruel and my favorite is The Killers cover of Ultraviolet.
This can include both studio and live covers.
PS: If anyone says Mary J. Blige version of One, they must turn in their fan card and exit the building immediately.

Yes, The Killers' Ultraviolet is one of my favourites.

I'm also a fan of this guy's cover of One:

Lars Eriksson - One (studio version) - YouTube

He was on Swedish Idol a long time ago, but definitely not your typical generic Idol-contestant (and therefore didn't win, obviously). Pretty straight-forward cover, but I think he's got a cool voice and the production's clean and nice.

The Killers - Ultraviolet
Depeche Mode - So Cruel
Elbow - Running to Stand Still

That's what comes to my mind at the moment.

The Fray's cover of Tryin To Throw Your Arms Around The World was a disgrace. I've hated the Fray ever since.
