I've never heard of this and can't find it on u2wanderer.org. So I'm afraid I can't help you.

I'm pretty sure that's a bootleg (note the record label is "Euro Parrot"). I'm sure I read about it on U2Wanderer at some point, but like Galeongirl, I can't find it now.

Here's more info from amazon us:
"Limited to 1,000 pieces. Presented in an exclusive compartmented box with black velvet finish inside and out. Printed with the 'Heart Suitcase' label and U2000'. Includes their 2000 album, 'All That You Can't Leave Behind' on CD, a silver Zippo style lighter engraved with a heart and 'U2000', a black knil hat similar to one worn by the Edge and embroidered with 'U2000', three plectrums in assorted colors with a heart and the 'U2000' logo and a certificate of limitation."

And if you look at the extra photos on amazon, it's pretty clear that all the extra stuff is bootleg quality. The actual CD might be legit, though.

First: The album "All That You Can't Leave Behind" is one of the best albums of the year 2000. But, even if you are a huge U2 fan, don't buy this box!
Off course, it is nicely made. Velvet cover with the golden heart in a suitcase. In the box are the official album CD, then there's a hat with the print "U2 2000", a zippo lighter with "U2 2000" and three guitar licks with U2 logo. But nothing is written in the official U2 font (the one from the album). This is why I know for 100% that this box is NOT official. So don't get fooled and spend so much money for something unofficial. Nothing to be proud of as a true fan.

That guy's pretty clear. It seems indeed a bootleg. As you said, the record label is wrong, plus the catalog number is pretty much unknown.
I can't find it here though.
