Don't expect much from me....and please keep the "OMG THAT'S SO GROSS! " to yourselves...I'm really sick of them.

Use "I" when it's the subject or part of the subject, and "me" when it's in a prepositional phrase, or pretty much anything else.

I just spent way too much time looking for that thread and actually, in your case, "my father and I" is correct. If your father wasn't going with you, you would say, "I am going to Chicago." Because you would use "I" in that case, you should use "I" when you add your father. "My father and I are going to Chicago."

"Me and my..." is never correct, as you should always list yourself last. However, when someone presents your food at the Taste, you can say, "That's for me!" if it's just for you, or "That's for my father and me!" if it's for both of you, as you would have used the word "me" if your father wasn't included.

    Okay I'm done now. :shifty:

    I miss going to school

hey Weldy, I second Amanda's post. My college education cost over $100,000 and my parents paid not one single cent. I work full time, but I can't even pay for tuition because all of my money goes to rent, food, utilities, medical expenses, my cats, etc. Student loans, my friend, student loans! They are your friend. The government ones have the best interest rates of any type of loan anywhere. You could even go to a smaller/cheaper school, or just go for an associates degree (two years).

you should go to school and find your own way. Staying at home with your parents and not working is only hurting you in the long run. You do not need money to go to college. You can get loans and possibly even grants. Grants are free money to you for school if you qualify. Loans you have to pay back after you graduate. You'll never be able to have anything you want in life by being lazy all day and not working or going to school. You have to live for you, not your parents.

I may have to agree here with the others.
It should be common courtesy to make these types of entries private.
I dont think anyone really wants to read about it. No offense...

I hate it when foods bite me in the ass!

This should be a private entry. Not for interference to see. It's really disgusting and too much information. Yes, I opened up your journal and that's my fault. Seriously, stop eating so much shit and you won't have these problems.

You really need to start putting all these bodily function issues into a private entry.

    U2 related question.

Be careful with ebay. I ordered a "Smell the Flowers While You Can" shirt on there after looking for one for all these years. It was advertised as "slightly worn" and was actually really faded and yellowed. I washed it a few times, but it's still only something I'll probably wear to the gym. ebay does have the best selection around, though, from what I've seen.

    Mom's condition part 7

I know it's odd to you DG...but my mom is a total hogger of things and I haven't had the most perfect relationship with her DG....and she tends to have the "My way or the Highway" personna...times infinity! Or at least most of the time (iffy on the most of the time bit)
